A lot of training holidays just don’t factor in that athletes only train for a few hours a day yet pay for so much more than that. So why not get fantastic training and a great holiday as well? That is what Embrace training holidays are all about.

We have researched and built relationships directly with the villa owners, service providers, sports professionals and sport facilities to pass these benefits onto our guests. We want you to have a fantastic experience on this holiday so to ease the pressure and to make sure that you get a truly enjoyable break your representatives make sure all your food and drinks are all provided and your evening meals prepared.

Breakfasts:
Guests need to make their own breakfast, however all the following produce will be available in the kitchen, such as cereals, porridge, toast and jam's, fruit, eggs and yoghurts.

Lunches:
As with breakfast everyone needs to make their own lunch, but the following produce will be provided: bread, meat, cheese, salad, eggs, fruit and snacks.

Dinners:
Except on two occasions, when you will be taken out to local restaurants, dinners will be provided for you. Meals are freshly made each day and will be dishes that are generally liked by most people. All dinners include fresh salads and a mix of carbs and proteins to help fuel your training. We use good quality local produce and suppliers.

Wild mushroom and Italian sausage risottos served with fresh salad and garlic bread

Chicken and vegetable pastas served with a bean salad & roasted potatoes

BBQ kebabs and honey chicken breasts served with a cashew nut rice salad

Wood fire seafood, chicken and roast vegetable pizzas (restaurant night out)

BBQ salmon and herbed chicken breasts served with rocket salad & French sticks

Roast beef and chicken served with mash potato, roast vegetables and boiled broccoli
7
Traditional Portuguese food (restaurant night out)

Wine and beer are also included in reasonable quantities.

Other provisions provided are; bottled water, squash, diet coke, tea and coffee.

Key Notes:

Limits: There are limits to the volume of food and drink. Generally this is not an issue but we have to make sure we budget correctly to make your holiday great value for money. The specifics of the limits and conditions can be found in our terms.

Dietary Requirements: It is important that all special dietary requirements are clearly detailed after booking. See our terms for further details.

Additional food and drink: If anyone requires additional items for themselves they will need to purchase these separately. We make regular trips to the supermarket and are happy to provide transport there. Sometimes, at the discretion of Embrace, we will pick requested items up for guests and provide them with a receipt.
