Training holiday schedules:
We have guests come on our training holidays at all different levels of fitness. Our training schedules for the week vary to allow the group to train together each day. We will sit with each of you at the start of the holiday to discuss your fitness levels, goals and indicate which sessions you should attend.
We have at least two Embrace representatives on each session and clearly map out the routes with markers. There is no chance of you getting lost, left behind or too far ahead! |
