Training on your Holiday

We have spent a considerable amount of time plotting out the best running and cycling routes at each one of our locations. By linking coastal paths, hill runs, mapping woodland trails and long flat surfaces for cycling it is all there for you to just enjoy!

We also run time trials and link with local races to put on targeted events throughout the year. Whatever you want to achieve with your training holiday we have the resources and expertise at hand to deliver it.

Training on your Embrace holiday

Embrace representatives at hand:
Our Embrace team are passionate runners, triathletes and coaches in our own right. We fully facilitate guests of all abilities and we pride ourselves on delivering a wide range of training schedules.

Training holiday schedules:
We have guests come on our training holidays at all different levels of fitness. Our training schedules for the week vary to allow the group to train together each day. We will sit with each of you at the start of the holiday to discuss your fitness levels, goals and indicate which sessions you should attend.

We have at least two Embrace representatives on each session and clearly map out the routes with markers. There is no chance of you getting lost, left behind or too far ahead!

Races, time trials and friendly handicap events:
From time to time we will hold a target or fun event during the training week. This depends on the type of holiday and what the guests want to achieve out of it. This can be anything from a timed running or cycling distance, aquathlon, duathlon, triathlon or a fun handicap team relay.
