This Pyrenees Running Holiday is suitable to runners of all levels looking to improve their running strength, endurance and speed levels. The Running holiday will also give you the opportunity to discuss your training plans, receive coaching and advice and socialise with like-minded runners. We will also be exploring some of the amazing sights of the Pyrenees and give you a chance to relax in the luxury accommodation and visit many of the local cafes for coffee and crepes.

Who is this suitable for?

This running holiday is suitable for all abilities. The week's training schedule will be run so that there will be longer & shorter options for athletes. The training will be supervised and run by Embrace representatives and will encompass some of the most amazing and scenic routes in the Pyrenees.

We get a mixture of abilities, age groups, singles, couples and even small groups attending our training holidays. Whatever your goals we will sit with you at the start of the holiday to plan out each training session so that you get the most out of your time with us.

 
Training

All of our training sessions are completely optional and we will sit with you at the start of the week to indicate which sessions to attend or focus on. For more information about the running on our holidays see: Running

Here is an example of what the weeks training schedule is likely to look like (all sessions optional).

Transport
An Embrace representative will be at the local airport (or bus stop) at a pre-arranged time to pick you up and drop you back off after your training holiday. Accommodation

Embrace's luxury chalets offer first class accommodation as well as being well positioned to all local facilities and training routes. The chalets are placed perfectly at the bottom of the Col's and offering access to the excellent running and cycling locations. There will also be transport available to the local towns... more

We offer guests a hire facility for blueseventy wetsuits and top quality road bikes while on our training holidays. This saves packaging space and having to lug big boxes around.
