Upton Tri+ Training Holidays with Embrace Sports

Due to the volcano disruption Embrace has had to reschedule the planned training week with the Upton Tri+. This was something out of our control. The new date will be from 8th - 15th May in the sunny Algarve, Portugal. As a bonus to competitors Embrace is now offering a further discount of £145 off the standard price!

This is the perfect preparation for the Upton Triathlon. Enjoy a week of warm weather training in the sunny Algarve tackling the Monchique Mountains by bike, running the many coastal trails and swimming the clear waters of the Lagos and Luz beaches. Exmoor, UK Training Weekend: 18th - 20th June... Save £25!

3 weeks out from the Upton Tri+ so what better way to spend the weekend than putting your training in practice before the big day. Embrace will be leading open water swimming sessions in the beautiful Wimbleball Lake allowing you to practice wetsuit swimming, learn open water techniques, drafting and transitional changes. We will also be cycling the same roads as the UK ironman and Exmoor Beast races and holding a mini time trial to practice race pacing. A brick session learning to run off the bike will be the last session before relaxing with a much deserved pub lunch before heading home.
