We position our accommodation as close to the training facilities as possible. Each one of our locations is in easy walking distance, if not a 5-10min drive. There are a number of quality indoor swimming pools at each location and a beautiful outdoor Olympic pool in the Algarve. Embrace is proud to partner with the top wetsuit brand in the world, blueseventy. Athletes on our training holidays get the opportunity to hire the top selling reaction wetsuit for a measly £20per week! This saves packaging space and allows you to swim right up until you leave (not having to lug a wet wetsuit home with you!).

If you would like to hire a blueseventy reaction wetsuit from us, please indicate this as an optional extra on the booking form.

Cost of hiring a wetsuit is £20 per week. If the suit is damaged in anyway guests will be asked to pay a small repair costs.

For the athlete seeking an incredible value offering with buoyancy focused neoprene technologies, the 2010 Reaction has been significantly upgraded using superior material composition and now represents a suit possessing technical qualities of similar suits twice the price.

The Reaction has been designed with a unique air-cell front panel, which improves warmth by creating pockets of air within the suit without reducing buoyancy. The suit also includes enlarged arm gussets and full body low-friction coating.
